Hi..

I m Todd from NJ, can sumone tell me that if the case numbers are necessary to bill WC claims? Also do the insurances pay if NDC is not attached with J codes?

Well I haven't specifically billed WC in NJ, but in my experience in other states case numbers are required by most carriers, but some will process without the case number if you have enough other identifying information.  Regarding the NDC numbers, I believe it depends on the J code and what you are actually billing for.  NDC numbers are required if you are billing for prescription medication, but I don't believe they are required if doing an injection.

Yes NJ WC requires Case Number, in most cases you can get this from the patient or the attorney if specified.
