There is no "certification" per se, the more accurate terminology is How to be HIPAA compliant. Anyone in this business is expected to be HIPAA compliant, therefore there really isn't any certification, it's expected and required.

I would start with knowing all there is to know about HIPAA/HITECH, make sure your compliance plan is in place. Make sure once you are compliant then you maintain and keep your BAA up to snuff :)
