Wait, what happend to the post promoting offshore billing:0

HAHA he removed it?  I found it amusing that he would come to a board that he clearly knew would not support that crap.  I was hoping to use his response in a blog that I am writing for my company.  ::)

The post from the offshore billing company asking for advice.  Apparently after your responses he decided to remove it.  And I actually thought you were very polite in your responses!  That's why I didn't bother answering.  You spelled it right out and did it nicely.  There was nothing left to say.

Just to make sure my response is not misunderstood:  I will help anyone working in this country regardless of race, religion, sex, etc.  I will not help take jobs to another country.  There are many problems in this country but I love my country.  (I know I sound corny but I'm one of those who appreciates all I have and don't take freedom for granted.)

I couldn't have said it any better.  On the average I get about 100 emails a month from offshore companies wanting something from me or want me to sell them my business, clients, etc.  It really does get annoying. It also annoys me that we have associations out there supposedly to advocate on behalf of billers and they are supporting offshore billing AND advertising them as members!! I'm sorry that appalls me.

I agree.  I usually shut them down in a polite way when they call and tell them to remove me from their email and phone lists.  It is highly annoying to me when I get request on Linkedin.

I refuse to give jobs away when our own American citizens need them badly.  I just thought it was very bold of him to come here and ask us to give him "tips" to take our providers away.  A friend of mine just got a provider who had offshore his billing and she said it's a mess to recover everything.

Steve Verno told a story on Linkedin in a group and in their another offshore biller said that we all need to get over it because all of the jobs are going offshore. We need to hold these companies accountable.  I think they need to be heavily taxed or something else.

Michele, I love my country too regardless of the faults that it has.  I had better be patriotic due to my husband being a Marine.  ;D

Alice's husband is a marine too.

When we get any phone calls Alice says "ok, should I fire my grandson, my daughter, or my sister-i-law?"

Just another side note - when I speak to one of these off shore companies it is usually clearly evident that they do not fully comprehend what they are doing.  The price may be cheaper but  - - - - -   YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
