can anyone tell me how tech support works with Medisoft?

We use Lytec.  Medisoft & Lytec are very similar and are put out by the same company.  I am familiar with Medisoft and am not aware of any problems with it.  I'm not sure about how their tech support works but I think it depends on who you purchase it thru.  Our Lytec reseller provides support for us, and we are happy with it.  You should check with the reseller you are buying from and see if they provider the support directly, or if you have to go directly to the company. 

Anyone who used Medisoft, your comments would be appreciated!  :)

I don't pay for tech support for my Lytec.  I've been using it for 15 years and I have a bachelors degree in computer programming, so I rarely find myself needing any.  But I pay for tech support for my electronic software, which is thru the same company that I buy my Lytec so if I ever run into a problem, I can pay them per incident.  If you are brand new to the software, and to billing, the tech support may be helpful.  Sometimes you are able to find the help you need elsewhere, such as other Medisoft users, or a forum, like this.
