Medicare Revenue Coding Consutation

How can I find which revenue code to use?  I have a contract with a Physical, Occupational and Audio Therapy Rehab Center.  I never have done Institutional Medicare billling.

You can google "rev codes" and there are lists available online.  If you need help completing a UB04 form  we have written a step by step guide.  The guide has a list of rev codes as well as a chart for figuring out the type of bill as well.  It also walks you step by step each field on the UB04 form.  You can find more information about the guide at:  http://www.medicalbillinglive.com/ub04-forms-book/
