does anyone know the dx for metastatic prostate cancer?

233.4 is Ca is situ prostate - that is what I would use. I couldn't find anything to specify mets, but it isn't my specialty either.

I would use 185 since it states metastatic
A primary or metastatic malignant tumor involving the prostate gland. The vast majority are carcinomas.
