You can go to www.cms.gov     You need to know your locality   and just search fee schedules.

I'm thinking that, in years past, I could download whatever Fee Schedule I wanted from the CMS.gov website.  But, in recent years, I have not found the Fee Schedules on the CMS website.  I have had to go to our Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) website to download the Fee Schedules for Southern California.  You may find that true for yourself also.  Because of this, I don't know that you will be able to get Fee Schedules for all regions.

The first link provides a map of the MAC regions.  Pick your region's number, if you don't already know what it is.  Then find that number at the second link, and you will get a link to your MACs website.  Unfortunately, I don't know the date on these links, so I don't know that the information is current.

Richard is right, the CMS site is a bit cumbersome to navigate and it took me quite a while just to get the downloads I needed. In addition to downloading the Zip files, they do have a decent lookup search here: http://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medicare-Fee-for-Service-Payment/PFSlookup/index.html

Linda, I wasn't implying that the CMS site is cumbersome (although it is).  Rather, I have not been able to find Fee Schedules recently that I used to find on the CMS web site several years ago.  I'm thinking that they stopped providing the Physician Fee Schedules on the CMS web site and pushed them out to the individual MAC web sites.  Linda (or anybody), have you been able to find Physician Fee Schedules for your region on the CMS web site, say, within the past 18 months?  Just curious.

Nope.. individual carrier sites was MUCH easier..   THIS is JUST a guess but since the AMA put out the fee schedules for PURCHASE (remember they own CPT) in their bookstore.. the zip files disappeared from CMS site. The only thing there is the zip/locality code map.  ??? ??? ???   Can you spell MONOPOLY?  Wonder if the individual carriers or the govt has to pay licensing fees?
