Billing Software
« on: July 19, 2010, 05:03:59 PM »
Do majority of you use the same type of billing software that your company provides and if so what is the cost associated with the software.  I only have one client that has their own software and is looking to make a move.  All of my other clients are on the same software, purchased the licesnse and we consume the usage fees.  This client is really pushing for me to find them a "Free" software that offers a full PM software. Any suggestions????

Office Ally provides a free billing / practice management software called Practice Mate. It really depends on the volume of claims to know if it's a good choice.

It's not very efficient and a lot of the tasks can be time consuming, especailly follow-up. How much time are you willing to give for a low cost software?

I prefer Kareo over OfficeAlly. It does have a higher price, but it's worth it for me.

Thanks,
Charity

I agree with Charity, there is a 'cost' to free software - it's time and efficiency.
