I have a few questions:
1. What is CMS Renumeration? How is it calculated?
2. How do out-patient wound care clinics calculate their facility points?
3. What are the guidelines for the out-patient facility point systems?

Hi Karen,
   Sorry for the delay in responding.  I know you left another post similar to this previously.  I was trying to do some research on it since I'm not familiar with it.  I am not familiar with CMS renumeration and I wasn't able to find any information on it.  I also am not familiar with calculating facility points.  Again, when I tried to research it I came up blank.  I'm hoping someone else who reads  this post may know something.
