You can always check with your PM vendor and see which clearinghouse they recommend.  That doesn't mean it will be best for you though.  Google was a good suggestion.  I've heard some good things on Office Ally.  We have used Availity.  There are a lot out there.  You need to find the fit for you.

I have found www.gatewayedi.com to be a great clearinghouse. They are not free like Office Ally & Availity. However, they offer some great services and tools that make follow-up of claims so much easier - which is extremely handy!
