Does anyone have any experience in creating a treatment authorization code for Medicare? I am trying to help someone out. I found the instructions but I'm having trouble specifically with figuring out how to convert the month and year to a hexavigesimal code. I found out how to convert the whole date, including the year, but not just the month and day. Anyone???
