I just want to verify that you cannot bill for the state of NJ on a percent basis.

Thanks

TO THE BEST OF MY knowledge physicians in NJ can enter into a contract with a PM company for % of collections..   I say to the best of my knowledge because I've been researching fee-splitting laws in all 50 states for years and just when I think I have them updated.. bam.. Yesterday I got wind of Wisconsin having such a statute. <sigh>    I M H O   All states are moving away from these contractual relationships to cut down on fraud and comply with OIG guidelines.
