: Physiatry Team Meetings

Hi Everyone,

I am working on a project for the SNF that I am at and was wondering about the physiatry team meetings. I know that upon admission the inital meeting is included for coordination of care and also upon discharge the meeting is included. What about all the ones in between? there are sometimes 2 or more meetings a week. I am thinking, possibly it could be billed under E&M codes, any feed back? Thank you in advance!
