Hi and Help,
I'm just starting out getting my Part B provider number for a sole proprieter physical therapy practice. Any recommendations for documentation and billing software that is cost effective and easy to use? CMS 855i asks for a billing agent to be listed at the initial application and I'm overwhelmed with choices. I don't need much beyond HCFA 700/701, progress notes, prescriptions and billing agent.
Thanks, Jill,PT

There are so many out there. Your best bet is to go and get a few demo's. If you want something web based make sure you get a chance to demo it for a while.

As far as the 855I, if you will be doing your own billing you just check "Not applicable"
