Medicare re-admission 72 hour rule

I am new at billing Medicare and I was wondering if someone could tell me if a patient in a psych hospital is sent to a med/surge hospital for medical treatment then returns to psych hospital within the 72 hours if a leave of absence revenue code needs to be listed on the UB?  If so can you tell me which rev code and the description.
