I have an appointment to meet with a lawyer this Thursday to help draft a contract - I feel like I'm kinda walking into it blind!  And for $250/hr I really want to try to be more prepared.  So, I'm searching the net and asking folks like you what needs to be included so that I don't forget anything....  I've looked for some sort of sample contract just to get an idea, and am just not finding anything.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
