dme set up

I am in need of information on regulations and requirements to have a durable medical equipmemt company in the following states New York, Arizona, and Florida, any all info will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, that is a lot of information and no way anyone could give you everything you need in a post. Is there something specific you are in need of?? There are regulations to operate and regulation requirements to bill insurance (Medicare). I would be seeking legal advice instead of forum posts to be honest with you.

I have previously set up 3 dme companies in TX and prepared them for accreditation, all passing with a 97 and above. One of the companies is looking to expand to NY, AZ, and FL. Other than the information on NSC I haven't been able to find information on the 3 states other than that they will need a MDCR and medicad number for each additional state. Any information would be helpful, even a phone number or website for licensing for those states. I have no problem doing the research but need a good place to start.
