: Vitamin B-12 Injection

I have question regarding Vitamin B-12 injection. Am in California if patient receives an injection of Vb-12 patient has Medicare and if I want to enter Vb deficiency how far back of lab results can I use months or weeks etc. Please help am not sure what to do?

Yes but I couldnt find anything that specifies the time period. Thanks.
