Mental health visit at patient's school

Hi,

I have a client who occasionally sees a patient at the patient's school, the visit equals a 90806 but I am wondering if there is another code, maybe like a home visit?  that would pay the provider more since he has to travel.  The insurance is BC/BS of Mass.

I had asked the same question a little while back.  The answer to me was you must contact the insurance company to see if it is a covered service.  If it is covered, the code would be the same.  The place of service would be different.
