most of the claims get rejected electronically as patient has no coverages Bcoz patient is new born baby.. when i check eligibility subscriber has coverages for new born baby for 30 days from patient dob..

can i send paper claims for this rejection??

Are you billing under the mother?   charges are processed with most policies, for newborns under the mothers file. SOME policies do require dependent coverage however to consider the newborn charges at all. It may be that the mother and/or the insured has to enroll the child.  I would call the carrier back and again find out how it's done.
