: Medisoft V20. Forgot to install Encoder Pro to another workstation

We purchased the new Medisoft. I just realized that a bunch of our claims have been kicked back because although I installed the Encoder Pro on the workstation, I forgot to go into it and click the start date of 10/1/2015. Therefore, I have wrong dx on so many claims. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Do I need to go back in EACH patient transaction history and RE charge for that DOS and resend? I can't believe I forgot to do this.

That would be a yes, you need to resubmit with ICD-10, your clearinghouse should have kicked them back, can you resubmit there? But you will still need to remember to go back in and make sure the ICD-10 is recorded in the claims in your PM software.
