I've had people ask me how to post a new topic and I've actually had trouble finding the right place myself.  To place a new post go to the home page and click on the topic you want to write about.  (Not the N on the far left but the words "New", "General Questions", "NPI#" etc)  Over on the right side you will find four tabs and one of them is labeled "new topic".  Just click there and start typing.  When done, click post at the bottom of the page.
