Place of Service (Need Help)

Hello
I just started my Medical Billing business and I have a new LISW that has her own Mental Health center but she is going out to a Nursing Home during Initial Eval, then doing weekly Assessments with resident assigned to her. All the patients she has Medicare.

My Question is what place of service would I used 21 or 32 ?

If she is seeing them in the nursing home the place of service would be 32 or 33, depending on they type of bed the patient is in.

Thanks Linda, I should have googled it, but I have never heard of that one. The others..yes.

I knew what it was, but to be honest I wasn't sure if it was the same as LCSW, I only heard of LISW but have billed only for LCSW's.

For years I had only heard of the LCSW's but suddenly I'm seeing a lot of LISW's too.

Yeah it must be "fairly" new.. I only really started seeing them a few years ago myself.
