Hello,
Please bare with me, as I am new to billing and know to use 90471 and 90472 with immunizations. however, we use several other meds as well, such as Cefitiaxone, Dexamethasone, Promethazine, Ketaloric, Lidocaine and Methylprednisone. Do I use the same administration codes to bill with these as well, or is there a different code. The last biller told me to use 96372, but this code is coming back as a procedure that cannot be billed with an office visit. Any help you could give is greatly appreciated! Thank you,

The OV is usuall included in the 96372 but a modifier on the e/m can be used if documentation supprots it. Please consult with your in house coder for documentaion review
