with the new regulation effecive 1/1/11 allowing doctors to bill for end of life care counseling, how do we bill for this and what is the reimbursement amount?

I assume you are referring to the Medicare regulation that is part of Obamacare. I find lots of documentation on the subject but not one addresses billing. It is supposed to be considered part of the preventative visit, but there must be a way to identify if the provider has provided the end of life counseling or all providers would be compensated whether or not counseling was provided. If anyone has any billing info on this subject - please enlighten us!
