: New Member here need help with charging potential client

I am meeting w/ a Dr next week and I am trying to bid for business for a client who bills out 60,000.00 per month. He wants me to do ins aging, pt aging, appeals, denials, pymts. Charges will be entered by office. What would you charge this client per month as a flat fee? Thanks in advance

There really isn't enough info to answer this.  What type of provider is he?  How much does he bring in out of the $60000.  Is he in network with insurance?  I would go with flat fee, but would need to know more in order to determine what.  How many patients are seen in a week?  Month?  etc.

I just responded to your private message. I'm sorry, I didn't notice I had messages until this morning.

@ Linda got your message thanks lots of good info and I am set! @ Michelle, he is Internal Medicine and does lots of diagnostic testing. But thanks to Linda I have a starting point. I wanted to buy your pricing book, but I see it is not an Ebook and I needed right away.

The pricing book is available in ebook for immediate download.  http://www.medicalbillinglive.com/pricing-your-medical-billing-service.shtml

Having a starting point is always helpful.  :)

And I definitely think it's worth buying, excellent resource and one of the only books out there on that subject!
