New member pricing ?
« on: March 04, 2012, 08:47:14 PM »
I am meeting w/ a Dr next week and I am trying to bid for business for a client who bills out 60,000.00 per month. He wants me to do ins aging, pt aging, appeals, denials, pymts. Charges will be entered by office. What would you charge this client per month as a flat fee? Thanks in advance

This varies, I like to charge my flat fee based on my hourly rate and subtracting all expenses. If you look here in the forum there are a lot of examples on how to figure this out, etc. But it really depends on your hourly rate. I, personally, never reveal to the client my flat fee is based on my hourly rate as it's really not necessary.
