My doctor did a colonoscopy up to the cecum, and an ileoscopy with a biopsy,  he found a stricture in the terminal ileum which he dilated with a 15 mm balloon.  How would you code these?

I would say 45380 with 45386

Oh ya we don't use 51 modifiers in an ASC so you might need to add that
