: Mental Health Billing Software for Smal Practice/IOP UB-04s

I need a software program for my private practise IOP (program.)  Blue Cross is insisting we start billing the IOP charges on UB-04.  I have mental health software for the 1500 forms, but it does not accomodate the UB-04 forms. Any suggestions?

You are either going to have to get a fill and print UB04 software and double enter everything, or look at switching software to one that is capable of printing both forms.  Unless your current PM allows you to create your own form.

You can get a fill and print for about $150-200.

If you can wait until June, Xena has launched their new web based software that will submit UB04s as well as CMS1500s electronically.  The cost to a doctors office is only $99 per month.  It's got a ton of other benefits as well as the UB04 capability such as tracking the claims, eligibility, and a scrubber which keeps you from entering errors on your forms.
