does anyone have a good sample template for a simple medical billing contract?
It would be GREATLY appreciated!

Please do your business justice out of the starting gate. Do not use templates or samples you find on the internet or from other businesses. One of the things you want to do is retain a good attorney well versed in not just healthcare administration but contract law. The samples and templates you will find floating around the net are risky ..2-3 pages will never cover you for all the things that come up. My contract started at 6 pages and went to 12 pages in the first year. My attorney saved me a lot of grief and money over the years.
Be responsible from the start!!
