Good afternoon

I'm looking at a copy of the behavioral health redesigned workbook and I'm looking at the rates so I'll know what to bill services as and be correct in doing so.  If my understanding is incorrect, please inform me of same.

I'm looking at 90853 under LICDC, and it says 21.63 and CDC-A is 18.39.  I'm also aware that no more than 10 people are allowed in this group.  How is this correctly billed?  Is it 21.63 per individual for 1 unit, or is 21.63 per 15 minutes (I think I read somewhere)

It is billed as a 90853 with 1 unit for each individual in the group.  A claim would go out under each individual to their insurance carrier.
