: Medicare enrollment for clearinghouse?

I have a meeting with a doctor on Monday as a potential client. I saw online which insurances he accepts, and Medicare is not one of them. I'm going to be using Office Ally as my clearing house. Do I still have to have him fill out a sheet for Medicare?

You should check with him at the meeting to make sure he doesn't see any Medicare patients.  Maybe it wasn't listed because he's not currently accepting any new patients with Medicare.  I would have the paperwork with you, but if he doesn't bill any Medicare then you do not need to do the Medicare paperwork.
