: Diagnosis 781.2 for Medicare???

Can we use the Diagnosis 781.2 Gait Abnormality to bill Medicare. The services are for Physical Therapy.

I am a bit confused with it. Please help.

You can look up diagnosis codes that Medicare will cover for PT and OT. Google covered diagnoses. Assume this being performed by a physical therapist and assessments done and reported with G codes.  You may need more of a clinical dx. That seems very generic to me.
