Hi,
I am new to this forum. So far it's been very imformative. I am looking in to starting a medical billing business from home. I found a website that offers medical billing opportunity Claimtek, has any one heard of  them? is it a legitimate company?  Has any one bought one of their package?

This question was sent as a personal message but I wanted to post it so others could answer.  I have not heard of Claimtek before.  I'm hoping someone else here has.  There are legitimate companies out there but there are also frauds so you must be careful.

I've talked to them before and I think they offer a lot to get your business off the ground. Their software is also great and it's colorful/

I did not purchase their software because when I was calling inquiring about different products and questions I had, there was never anyone to speak with. I played phone tag forever with them just to get a simple brochure. I can't imagine what it would be like if I had purchased their software.  I think they are just too large of a company to deal with people one on one.  I am brand new also and I know we need help asap when we get clients, so this was not a good option for me.
