Thanks Linda.  We have deleted his account and his posts.  We don't allow advertising without permission and Mr ariseandshine did not contact us prior to posting his information.  Also, this forum is dedicated to serious medical billers and coders who take pride in their work.  I don't know Mr ariseandshine but anyone who can offer to do billing at 1.5% in MY OPINION is not serious.  I understand that offshore costs are obviously cheaper but my experience is that these workers are not properly trained and the providers suffer.  Also, I'm sure Linda can answer this better but the HIPAA laws are note enforceable or PHI is not protected, or something.  In any case, my brain is working properly but I know that the provider is taking a huge risk allowing the billing to be done off shore.
