Not likely unless you will be running your own business, the idea of outsourcing is for the provider to save money/cut costs, by entering into an employee/relationship the provider does not benefit and also there are issues of liability as well.
If you are a business owner of a medical billing company than you would obviously need to market your company and indeed physicians benefit from an outsourcing arrangement.

But i know some outsourcing offices which servicing clients (doctors) from another location, i mean from billers location , not doctor office. They told me that they have found only one doctor, who then had advertisied their service to another docotors.

I'm having a hard time following what you are saying.  Aren't you stating you want to be a billing service, and bill for multiple drs from your location or from the dr's office?  If from your location, that is what most of us are doing here.  If you mean from the dr's office, I don't think that is very likely.  Since you would basically be asking them to supply you with all the hardware and software to run your business.  Maybe they are out there, but you probably won't meet them thru this forum.

Good luck
