If billing on a UB-04 form, it is not subject to the Medicare Fee Schedule in North Carolina?

I think I understand your question. I billed on the UB-04 for the state of Michigan and you are not subject to the medicare fee schedule. Only Medicaid is subject to the medicaid fee schedule.
