Xena billing program

We have been using Xena for 1.5 yrs and really like it besides some minor things.  Luckily they are very open for adjustments, as every suggestion we have requested has been updated.  however, they had an upgrade this weekend and I can not log in, the contact person we have said it was corrected, but as of last night I still can't get in.  Also, his emails now bounce back to me.  Is anyone else having the same problem?  I can't handle another delay in payment  :(

We are trying to see if we can get any information for you.  We have not had any direct contact with them in over 18 months so we are not sure what's going on.

Thank you so much!  We have loved it up until yesterday.  I can't get anywhere and don't know what to do.

xena is working good now.  The URL changed with an upgrade, but we were not notified.

Glad it is working for you.   You may want to consider having a back up plan in place so that if you find yourself stuck you at least have thought it thru.  It's easier if you are ever faced with this situation again if you have at least thought it thru.
