DENIAL REASON for CPT 92551 :M56 MISSING /incomplete/invalid payer identifier? what does this mean...is there another code i can use for reimbursement.....also for CPT 99173 :N448 this drug/service/supply is not included in the fee schedule or contracted/ legislated fee arrangement?.........what is acceptable and what CPT code can i use to get reimbursed?

Is it asking for the payer code like say for example cigna may be "60804" ( not really their payer id code #).  On the claims you have to include the payer (insurance company) code so that the clearinghouse knows where to direct the claim for payment.

No one can tell you what cpt code you need without knowing the service provided.  But QueenAlicia is correct on the first part of your question.  Sounds like your payer id is invalid.
