Kenalog NDC - Relay Health

We currently are getting our claims denied through Relay Health/Collaboration Compass for "Invalid NDC length".
We are using Medisoft V17 with J3301 with code 0003-0494-20. I recently took over ths position 3 months ago and it is an ongoing learning process but love what I am doing. Any help is greatly appreciated so that the claims requiring the ndc can be processed. I have done some google seaching over the last week but with no luck.

Any helpful links to billing/coding you would suggest as well?

I'm assuming the claims are going electronically.  Have you contacted the clearinghouse?  It may be an internal issue with the fields set up, etc.  Also, maybe the dashes are not supposed to be included?  I would start with the clearinghouse.

Thank you! I've tried removing the dashes and that didn't help but I will contact the clearing house

You have to report NDC # with 11 Digit.
Example

10-digit format                                   Add a zero in…           Report NDC as…
4-4-2 *####-####-##    1st position, 0####-####-##   0##########
