: Billing Part B for PRN OT and PT therapist

Hi! I'm a newbie for sure! Newbie at billing and at forums, so hope I hope I'm doing this right.
I'm doing the billing for a new rehab group billing part B for PT and OT. The company has one OT and one PT that has their PTAN linked to this group. My question is, when they are out or covering at a different facility and we have to call n PRN therapist to just 'fill in', can we bill the work the PRN therapist does under the PT and OT that is linked to us.

THe only way to bill that way is if you do the paperwork with Medicare to link that PRN therapist to the group.  If you just bill it, and it's not linked, it will not pay.
