« on: January 04, 2016, 09:27:50 PM »
Hello, do you guys use a different contract when offering credentialing service or you just add it to your regular business agreement form? Thanks!

We use a different one.  Our billing contract is too specific for billing.

If I get a client that wants me to do both, I will add it to the contract. If I'm in the middle of a contract and a client wants me to take on this task, I will usually draw up another contract if it's short term work. Long term if they want to add credentialing or any other service I will do an addendum to the existing contract.
