Hi Everyone

We are new to this site and we need some advice.  We are Facility based provider that performs Substance Abuse and Mental Health IOP and Residential services for Adults and Adolescents.  We need to purchase new Windows-based billing software and identify a clearing house so that we can begin Electronic Billing using a UB-04.  We are looking for suggestions concerning specific software and clearinghouses so that we can convert from a DOS based software to Windows based.  FYI we do not have a Practice Management System in place either, although we are investigating that also.

What is the DOS based software you are converting from?  Isn't that a PM system?  If not, what do you need to convert?
