Question
Could you give me advice on software for DME? I am billing for home equipment and I have only one provider at this time.

Answer
I take it you are a billing service and this is your first client. What are you using for software now? If you are planning on growing you really do need to invest in good software. You don't want to start out on software that won't fill your needs a few months down the road. Do you plan on using the software just for this home equipment? What do you need the software to do besides printing the insurance claims? Such as: what kind of reports do you need to be able to generate, are you sending your claims electronically, etc. You need to answer a lot of questions before you know which software is best for you. If you're going to bill for more than one client, you will need a multi-practice version of the software you choose. Hope this has been helpful.

I have had good experiences with both Brightree and Fastrack.

Brightree is a little flashier and the interface is cleaner but Fastrack is cheaper and has a server option.
