Hello, what is the proper code to bill Flexion/Distraction?  I started using a new SOAP notes software and they have a 97012 code for Flexion/Distraction.  I was under the impression that this code was for "mechanical traction" such as the intersegmental traction trable.

Hopefully someone can clear this up for me.

97012 is mechanical traction, that IS flexion distraction, just a different kind of table that is usually used with the doctor attending.
