I have a meeting with a chiroprator im praying to sign him up how is it billing for a chiroprator and what things do i need to know when i meet up with him also i have a government contract im trying to get it consist of mailing a total of 4000 patient statements a week do anyone know of any companies that i can use as a back up service to help me out with this large compacity of mailing do clearing houses help with this. My business is a start up business

Just curious, how did you learn about the governement contract? Where did you go to bid on that project? I've never heard of those!

i have a mentor that i work with she told me about the gov contracts shes bidding on one for me know i have to get the name of the company she goes through

Chiropractic billing is not too difficult.  They have repeat patients and do not use a lot of CPT codes.  Also, diagnoses tend to be limited, mostly 72x.xx-84x.xx.  They do a lot of workers' comp and no fault.  Some carriers require authorization and/or referrals.  We actually are just revising our chiropractic billing manual and will be posting the revised version later this week.
