Medisoft Patient Statements
« on: October 28, 2008, 02:03:57 PM »
Hi I am getting ready to do billing from home and will be using Medisoft v.14 and I was wondering if the patient statements that you print off can be folded in thirds to have an address show through a envelope window. I was getting ready to buy some envelopes and needed to know what kind I should get.

I have not personally printed patient statements using Medisoft but I'm sure you can fold it into thirds to fit in a window envelope.  I'm just not sure which side the patient's name & address show up, right or left.  We use Lytec, and the address shows up on the left side, so we use envelopes with the windows on the left.

If anyone knows how the statements print, please respond.

Hey Ahenson
I was wandering if you had experience in billing before you started your business, cause I'm taking medical billing and coding online and I would like to star my business when I'm done, but I'm not sure what to do because I don't have any hands on experience. I would like some feedback please. I know they say you can do it without experience but I'm afraid to do it.

Any feedback please!

I'm taking my courses at Central Florida college and will graduate soon.

you are very lucky to have your mother in law as your first client, at least you don't have to go through meetings and you can get your business off the ground
