You hit the nail on the head!

I said to her once "as the office manager you look good if we do a good job, you are managing the office and the office is bringing in good money."  Her response was "It aint my money!  So I don't care!"

Anyway, I know she made up some lie about us because of conversations that I had with the accountant and the doctor.  But nobody would tell us what it was.  I actually just finished writing a segment about this for our newsletter (coming out later this week).  Not this account, but just this topic.  Sometimes it is better to let an account go than to force it to work.  It can be difficult.  But I personally believe everything happens for a reason so it's all good!

What boggles my mind is this poor doctor is driving an old beat up car but willing to throw $40000 out the window every month simply by having a bad biller!

I've been very lucky in not having a client leave like that. I did have one that I let go because he was billing fraudulently and blatantly doing so.. I got a whistle blowers payment for that a few years later.

I think today's medical billing company.. MUST be absolutely diversified.. allowing the provider ALL of the control and giving them your experience.
