Hello,

I need help how to code history of. Theres a patient that came in and she had "anticardiolipin Ab associated thrombocytopenia ATP (287.39) and Lupus anticoagulant (289.81).

Now Anticardiolipin Ab syndrome is been resolved how do i code this as history of.

I would try code V12.5*  (probably V12.51).
