Hi ....
I'm looking for some advise for IOP billing? I have been billing Rev 0906 and bill type 831 to all carriers using UB-4 and all payments have been fine. Except Blue Cross of California says we need to use rev code 0906 and 133 Bill Type for IOP patients is this correct? I'm really worried about all claims out to BC . Can you help me please:)
